Return js is not closing the duplicated course window #458

Latest version of firefox won't allow js to close the window that is not opened by the js itself, therefore, when returning from BBB and land of the waiting page, it shows the processing, please wait.. message and does nothing!

Expected behavoir

Either to delete this feature, or to provide a button to the users to decide what to do with this page!
