Proposal - Add github action to deploy CLI to brew and linux package manager #22

Give we have one stable version tagged and ready to be delivered. We could make the GitHub action run a task to deploy to the packages managers for Linux and Mac (brew). Also, let the binary be downloaded in the releases assets on GitHub.

It seems interesting, we also should check ability to remove dependency of Erlang runtime (for escript) or maybe embedding it into binary.

Also, I have never publish a package to Linux, or macOS. It could be a nice change for learnings.
