Support for European 230V 3-phase IT network?

Will this work with a European 230V 3-phase IT network? This is typical in Norway.
Compared to the "Common European 3-phase" system described in the Emporia manual the IT network does not use a neutral wire, and have 230V between phases not 400V. We then use two pole breakers and two phases for all our circuits (exept any 3-phase circuits of course).
