Circuit Not Connected Showing Energy Usage

Good morning!

The Circuit 16 in my Emporia Vue 2 seems to be misconfigured somehow. I can't figure out why it is showing readings when it's not connected to the Emporia and the .yaml file (included below) seems to be properly written.
