Trouble Compiling / Flashing

Trying to compile/flash using ESPhome but getting the below error output. Have tried on multiple platforms (macOS m1, Win 11 X64). YAML follows at the end. Would appreciate any insight. This is only my 3rd ESPhome device and my first manual build.

I thought it was compiling in the browser but it seems from other threads it's compiling on the server, which is a 64bit Pi4. I'll review the details for that and come back if I can't resolve it. Apologies for the noise.
