Circuts not matching plugged-in CT clamps

Hi! I'm a little lost on how to configure circuits in the .yaml programming. As far as I'm aware, I haven't done much editing with the copy-paste template, however I'm having a strange scenario.
In the data plugged into home assistant, there is power and energy draw from circuits that do not have CT clamps plugged into the slots on the physical Vue device numbered so; e.g. HA reports that circuit 12 has 57.2W, but there is no CT clamp plugged into the #12 space on the Vue. Alternatively, spaces that do have CT clamps are not reporting power, even if it's on a circuit that should have power draw.
Any tips?

Been trying to figure this out, no luck so far. To aid in troubleshooting, I have created a simplified version of my setup, the photos of my panels, and will attach my .yaml config file.
