Device broken after flashing?

I successfully flashed esphome on my new emporia vue 2, unfortunately (my mistake...) didnt test the device before flashing.
Now everything works fine when I connect over USB, device connects to WiFi and I can see it.

However when I plug it to the three phase + neutral EU wires, it triggers all circuit breakers. I also tried with only one phase and it still triggers the one circuit breaker.
Is it possible the power supply is broken? I would expect the whole board to be fried/not work on USB connection.
Wanted to confirm if I need to buy another piece or there is some hope of fixing existing one...

So as usual after posting a question found a basic problem - the breakers have neutral and they switch off if the load does not flow there... After connecting the neutral there the device works
