Hello,
To go further than the #45 issue, i'd like to suggest to do the same fix (adding title attribute) for other buttons :

learnMore : "En savoir plus sur l'utilisation des cookies" / "Learn more about the use of cookies"
decline : "Refuser les cookies" / "Decline cookies"
declineAll : "Refuser toutes les applications" (already done for EN version)
acceptAll : "Accepter toutes les applications" (already done for EN version)
