Lodestar v1.20.0 can't be used as a checkpoint provider

While the latest release of Lodestar is compatible with Checkpointz as a consumer, it does not work as a provider right now as there is a bug in the go-eth2-client (see attestantio/go-eth2-client#144). This was already fixed a while ago by attestantio/go-eth2-client#145 and released in v0.21.6 but it looks like not yet updated yet.

Error logs indicate that it fails to fetch genesis data which is a strong indicator that this is the issue
