Try changing line 7 in Dockerfile.pushpin, https://github.com/fanout/webhookinbox/blob/master/Dockerfile.pushpin#L7, and update the key id to 7D0343148157C3DF. That's the key currently mentioned at https://pushpin.org/docs/install/#packages.
