convert quran variants to utf - 8

space before diacritics bazzi, doori etc

use https://software.sil.org/scheherazade/charset/ , as it support arabic extended-b block

add ayah end marker with number, where the ayah ends, to make it usable practically

fallback to noto, if sysmbol not found in scheherazade
