If you're logged in and navigate to /about page, the links to your email/irc/etc notifications are incorrect. For example, https://apps.fedoraproject.org/notifications/email/ rather than https://apps.fedoraproject.org/notifications/jcline.id.fedoraproject.org/email/. This leads to a 403.
