Saved experiment file too large after extractTimeTrace #15

After running extractTimeTrace, the size of the experiment object was too large to be saved.
The reason is that 1. extractTimeTrace open all trials without closing. 2. saveExperiment saved all fields, including trialArray with contains large raw data.
