int insert(const O &o)

Basic INSERT routine. Inserts passed object into a table associated with object's type. If object with primary_key is passed and table has not without_rowid option then the primary key object's field is ignored but id is returned. If you want to insert an object with exact PRIMARY KEY you have to use replace instead.

Parameters

class O is a mapped type you want to insert. Doesn't have to specified explicitly until you want to insert a subclass object.

o object to insert itself.

Return value

Last insert row id as int.
