New API for Confirmed Carrier

• Proposal to support this as a web hook event by TMS system such as Buyer TMS or a Supplier TMS, depending on who manages freight
• Whenever carrier is confirmed in say Supplier TMS, it should invoke web hook on Buyer providing carrier name & contact details
• If carrier is onboarded and has a registered webhook,
  • Buyer scheduling system can automatically send available appointments to carrier invoking supported webhook for Fetch Available Appointments API
  • If there is soft appt available, system will send those details
• If carrier is NOT onboarded,
  • Buyer scheduling system can send Join ONE Rapid onboarding link to carrier contact details
