Reward level for keystones always shows '-'

As can be seen in the screenshot, the RL value shows only -. I believe this is due to the GetRewardLevelForDifficultyLevel method here returning 0 for the end of dungeon reward level

Unfortunately I can't do anything here. I only show the return values of the corresponding blizzard function and there's no other function to determine this info. Maybe a bug on blizzards side in the beginning of the new mythic+ season? 🤔
