国际版团队/组织盘提示要管理员同意。但管理员一般很难联系。
能否降低要求，账户授权即可

自 2020 年 11 月 9 日起，最终用户将不再能够同意未经认证的发布者新注册的多租户应用。与我是否设置权限无关，建议参考Q&A文档自行更换API
