Description

I found a portfolio website template built with Gatsby that works perfectly on localhost; however, it doesn't function with Astrill VPN. Is Gatsby incompatible with VPN services?

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download the source code from GitHub
2. Install node modules and Astrill VPN
3. Turn on VPN and Run the project

Expected Result

The website should load at localhost:8000

Actual Result

Localhost refused to connect
