Activity Monitor: Delete Nav Menu Item

The list titled "Activity Tracked for Menus" does not include "Delete Nav Menu Item". This indeed seems to be the case: when I delete a menu item and save the menu, the activity is not tracked and there's no change in Gatsby. If I make a change to an existing menu item or add a new menu, everything works as expected.

Do others experience the same thing? If so, would anyone have any information why this feature is not included by default?
