Clean up and standardize the workbench menu on the Noctua landing page

Once we are ready to deploy the new standard annotation form, we will want to clean up the workbenches menu available on the Noctua landing page.

Under create:

1. Remove Form editor
2. Remove Graph editor

Under the Open in menu:

1. Remove Noctua form
2. Remove Alliance Pathway Preview? Move to ... menu?

Also:
Fix bug that no longer adds a gene name as part of the default model title. Maybe this is fixed on noctua-dev for new models?

Also:
Review and clean up options for workbenches in the 3x3 squares other actions window.
