Check that a Noctua in AWS instance behaves as desired for an enduser.

@mugitty So far, my testing indicates that things work as expected at https://am-noctua-test-2024-10-15.geneontology.io

@vanaukenk I was wondering if I could steal some of your time at some point for you to evaluate the instance at https://am-noctua-test-2024-10-15.geneontology.io ? Expectations would be that this behaves essentially like the production machine, except that the models are behind production and changes to models do not show up in GitHub.

I would also be interested in your thoughts on subjective "snappiness".

@kltm, I destroyed and staged a new instance last night with the bot updates to the Apache configuration files. The link has not changed.
