Ribbon strips : displaying taxon constraints

Some terms can not have annotations for some species. For the Alliance, we have already implemented a functionality to display those terms that can not have annotations with an empty white cell and a red diagonal.

Random example to illustrate how we could represent the taxon constraints for GO:

Note: obviously a constraint on a "all" would not be possible for GO but that's a random example
