Does not work permanently

I've tested this on my Samsung S10+ Android 12

It works, but after i open the camera app, the green dot returns

You're talking about the location dot and not the camera dot, right? Does the issue persist after some time, or after the app restarts, or after the device reboots? Are you using stock ROM or some custom ROM?

Unfortunately, this is the kind of issue that is very hard for me to fix without owning the device, because I can't reproduce it so it's very difficult to figure out what's going on. What I'm able to reproduce on my device though is that the camera dot is also whitelisted, which isn't expected (but is probably a very different issue).

Correct .. i am taling about the location dot
After a reboot, the location (and voice recording) dot do not show. But after a while they appear when starting the camera app

Maybe i can find something in the LSposed logs, what should i look for ?

Sure, you can get a debug build here and paste the logs (which makes me think it's kind of stupid from me to have disabled all logs for release builds 🤦‍♂️). But TBH, I don't think it'll be of any help.
