Catch panics

http: panic serving [169.254.169.126:21597](http://169.254.169.126:21597/): rpc error: code = DeadlineExceeded desc = context deadline exceeded

and use context cancel cause to get more information.

We have not seen this since. I think we might see it more once we add endpoints that inherently take more time, such as bisection. I will keep it open for now and we can revisit this later.
