FramebufferInfo.{width, height} are missing #160

width and height properties are included in FramebufferInfo object but do not appears neither in the doc, nor in the typescript definition:

export type FramebufferInfo = {
    framebuffer: WebGLFramebuffer;
    attachments: WebGLObject[];
};
