Current Status Script

It would be useful if there was a script which could display the current status of the tests so that it's easier to resume work after having to take a break (say because the day ends).

By default, this script simply needs to reprint the summary that was printed at the end of the last test run.

Optionally it could also print:

• list of tests which were run (could simply be the test list argument passed to gregorio-test.sh)
• list of tests which failed
• any accept decisions about failed tests which have been taken
