Connection failed from Android to Mac

I have updated my neardrop app on my mac and since yesterday i am facing a new issue of connection failure from my phone Samsung Galaxy S21 FE. I don't know why

I'm having the same problem with Pixel 7 Pro. Mac firewall is off.

UPDATE: I updated to the latest release and it's working again. I thought I had done that but I also had to find and delete the old version because that was the one launching rather than the new one.

It has stopped working for me for a bit over a month now, I think there's a more fundamental issue - everyone at my office that used to use it has the same problem. I'm surprised there aren't more issues about this? It fails with multiple different Android phones across several different MacBook types too.

Just wanted to update - I installed the latest release from May 22 and it is working for me now! Going to share this with everyone at my office.

Reinstalling the latest version did the trick for me 👍🏿
