Adding someone to a relationship status doesn't notify them

If you want to set up a relationship status with someone, you both have to do the same thing: set the relationship statuses in the profile settings and add each other as a partner.

I would expect this to work in the same way as friend requests work: you add a person to your RS, they receive a notification with a button to accept the status, after which both of your statuses are mutually set.
