Hacker's Gate のブランディング
エンジニア組織としての WG の知名度向上
zoeさんがやりたそうだった

オンラインである利点

もくもく会も、物理移動の面倒さを障害としている声が少しあった
そんなにやってるとこ見かけてないので先駆者

決まっていないこと・わかっていないこと例

前例が少ないので運営・運用ナレッジが殆ど無い
中長期的にどんなメリットがあるのか
