Window Control Buttons disappear for modial dialogs in Extension Settings #335

Describe the bug
When you have a modial settings dialog pop up when going through an extensions settings, the window control buttons disappear.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Extensions Manager
Click on Click on Settings for Extension
Window controls disappear when modial dialog box appears.

Expected behavior
I expect that

OS: Debian 12
GNOME Shell version 43.4
Unite version 71
