Add a ton more cheats & achievements

..and I mean a LOT. Mostly ach's, because cheats are a pain (they tend to have a lot of unwanted side effects)
achs are fun though, give the player more of a challenge. Would it be crazy to attempt > 100 more achs?

of course if there were that many ach's, there would need a much better system for keeping them all organized.... that goes without saying
