Organize classes/packages again

A lot of classes in main could be organized better.

Hello @hhaslam11 I stumbled upon this codebase and found it really interesting but I see most of the classes and methods are done using static method implementation. In this issue, do you envision it to be more Object-oriented focussed or just re-arranging the class structure in another way?
