For the sake of completeness, this lesson includes instructions for connecting to a remote using your

  1. Username and password
  2. RSA key
  3. EdDSA key

Each remote is expected to support and utilize just one of these. The lesson depends on the Instructor to choose the best fit for the specific system. It would reduce cognitive load on the Instructor if we rephrase to address a preferred method (EdDSA keys), with callout boxes to provide the alternative methods as expandable drop-downs.

Use collapsible sections for connecting, follows https://gist.github.com/pierrejoubert73/902cc94d79424356a8d20be2b382e1ab though can possible add a template for this. Addresses #40
