1. Install dependencies with pip install -e [.[dev-torch]
2. Run tests with RUN_SLOW=1 pytest tests/models/qwen2/test_modeling_qwen2.py

Expected behavior

Tests should pass

OSError: Qwen/Qwen2-450m-beta is not a local folder and is not a valid model identifier listed on 'https://huggingface.co/models'
