Documentation for customization

Hi.
I run the forum stack, and everything works well.
Where can I find updated documentation?
I need to create a new theme and localize the app. I am not sure which documentation we have to follow. I have found this:
https://biostar-central.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
but it seems that it refers to the biostar2016branch that has no commits for a long time.
Similarly, the wiki section on GitHub seems to report suggestions for an old version.
