Context
We have a Slack integration setup from a private GitHub repo to push any new or closed issue to a Slack channel.

Describe the bug
We have noticed on 1-2 occasions over the last month or so that some issues do not show up in Slack. This causes us to miss triaging the issue for our customers.

To Reproduce
Intermitted. Appears to be no repeatable evidence thus far.

Expected behavior
All activity related to issues are pushed to the Slack channel.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: MacOS
  • Browser: Unknown (no explicit requirements for customers to use a specific browser and unknown which browser was used for the missed issue filing)
  • Version: N/A

Slack:

  • Device: MacOS
  • OS: 14.7
  • Version 4.40.133

Additional context
In slack, /github subscribe list features shows the correct repo is subscribed with the following attributes: issues, pulls, commits, releases, deployments

Mainly looking to understand if this is perhaps a known bug or not. If not a known bug, internal IT has recommended disconnecting and reconnecting in Slack as the next recommended step.
