Sporadically working in FF 130.0, DDG

Expected Behavior

Some results should be blocked and others should be colored

Actual Behavior

The first page of results only has blocking and coloring about 2 in 10 times. If I load a second page of results (via auto scrolling or paged navigation) results are colored, but I can't tell if anything is blocked. This happens in FF 130.0 and also Vivaldi 6.9.3447. It's been happening for a couple of days. I've tried disabling all other extensions, restarting, and turning off browser blocking features, in both browsers. It's still sporadic when it works at all.
Also, wasn't there an option to show blocked results on image search pages? That's missing now.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Do any search in either browser
2. See it not work (if I search for something that should be blocked ex: istockphoto, it won't be. If I search for something that should be colored ex Pinterest, it won't be until I hit page 2 of results)

Specifications

• Browser: Firefox 130.0 and also Vivaldi 6.9.3447
• Other extensions/add-ons: I have a lot but I tried with all of them off, so not sure if listing them is needed

• Search engine: DuckDuckGo
• Language: English
• Region: USA

I'm using ublacklist 8.9.2. I just had my housemate install all the same extensions in the Firefox browser, including my settings file, but it works for him. He also has Vivaldi with all the same extensions and my settings file, but that works too. I'm utterly confused.
