no proxy and proxy Same problem eg: 403

scoop install adrive
WARN  Purging previous failed installation of adrive.
ERROR 'adrive' isn't installed correctly.
Removing older version (4.13.1).
'adrive' was uninstalled.
Installing 'adrive' (4.13.1) [64bit] from 'scoopet' bucket
The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.
URL https://cdn.aliyundrive.net/downloads/apps/desktop/update/4.13.1/win32/ia32/aDrive-4.13.1.exe#/dl.7z is not valid
