#243 Fix Error! Unhandled error (execa)

Fix #243, #245, #294, #346, #363, #365, #377.

• Update electron-builder to fix /usr/bin/python not found.
• Download binaries by correct urls, taken from Handle GitHub changes to fetch latest yt-dlp #375 @richardsondev fix.
• Create binary folder if needed.
• Set execution chmod to all binaries, not just first one.

@karikamiya What OS do you need them to?
You can build them by yourself if needed. Just grab main branch from my fork and follow steps in GitHub workflow. Or if you already use VSCode there is a build task to make at as simple as can.
