Tangent Quattro speaker not working

The radio function works but only can be heard through the headphone or AUX Out jacks.
Inside the speaker connector is plugged in
I tried two Factory Resets. No fix.
I am hoping this has some kind of software fix.
If this is an internal circuit failure I cannot do much.
any help would be appreciated
