iOS 10 - error 24: too many open files

On iOS 10, Cydia will give a too many files open error when trying to install something, which requires a restart of the app. Temporary solution is to selectively remove repos from this list until problem no longer occurs.

Sadly when I have some repo by default on my sources.list it does give me problem cause it says that they are also in the master repo so it does not let me update packages. :C
