My yoga (14ARH7) is not supported, but I found a new way of enabling S3 sleep :
https://github.com/DavidS95/Smokeless_UMAF

It allows to boot to a "modified BIOS" without needing to unlock the bios.

I've tested and it works !

Any idea if there's a way to do this on Intel-based Yoga models?

This solved it for me on my Yoga Slim 7 (14ARE05).
