Convert keypoint format to coco dataset format

Hello, I want to know how to convert keypoint format to coco dataset format, it seems different

Coco dataset format seem's not that far from your keypoint format.
Do you know which tool has produced the keypoint format ?

Note that keypoints handle are not described in this document.

Is it me or there is no keypoint in your keypoint format ?
