The package doesn't support jQuery 3

The package is broken on new projects since it is outdated and relies on an outdated jQuery version with breaking changes.

• The PR fixing it on the original repo. (Added support for jQuery 3 jackocnr/intl-tel-input#427)
• The jQuery breaking change notice.

@krnbatta there have been no commits on the project since the issue was filed, so I don't believe so.

An additional challenge for anyone looking to upgrade or migrate is that the underlying intl-tel-input library has dropped autoformat, which is a feature our apps and users are likely used to.
