Welcome to the KiiConf wiki!
The USB HID spec only defines US ANSI keyboard layouts. Your OS actually does the conversion from a US ANSI keyboard layout to your specific layout.
The easiest way to figure out where (most) of the keys are on your keyboard would be to set (in your OS) your non-US ANSI keyboard to US English then press each key. The resulting key is what you should assign in the configurator.
Another way to think about it, is to visually compare to a US ANSI keyboard. Use these keys (and their position) when doing the configuration. Should work for most keys.
Some keys do not have US ANSI equivalents. I'd recommend looking at the USB HID Usage Tables Chapter 10 for information on extra keys.
