Place spinner after text

Hey, It'd be great if the spinner could be placed after the text. The main reason is that if the width of the pattern is wider than the success/failure text, then the text abruptly jumps to the left when the spinner stops. This looks pretty strange, especially if the spinner only lives for a short period of time.

To be clear what I'm after is this:

My text.
My text..
My text...
My text..
My text.
My text..
My text ✔

Totally makes sense to support this 👍 It'll be a bit before I can take a look at implementing this, so if you want to take a spin at it (pun totally intended), go right ahead 😊
