Back-end: 404 after log in

Reproduce steps:

1. Make and install a kimchi plugin (this will put plugin config file under the plugin directory: /etc/kimchi/plugins.d/.conf)
2. Make and install Kimchi without the plugin (this will not remove plugin config file, though)
3. Run Kimchi and open browser to see the result

It's still there. I think we need clear all the directories when
installing Kimchi. Let me have a try?
