Add SRD as a Source

For anyone using the XML to make a new compatible app, it would be good to have a baseline XML that has only the open-source SRD content. Can your tools automatically parse the SRD? I'd be happy to put it together if you can point me to the tools you use to generate the XML from the source material. (You don't type it all out by hand do you?)
