add gentoo support!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! #2
Comments
I don't know how, if you know the right packages for gentoo, you do. |
Have you figured out @CoolSoulz for gentoo? I am using gentoo too. What sort of help do you need? And @koeqaife, I haven't looked at the code myself since I am reinstalling my gentoo setup to try some stuff, but would you kind enough to tell me if there is a global option for roundness in all the elements? I really love what you have done by building complete environment around ags but I want to decrease the roundess to sth similar in aylur's own dotfiles which i am currently using. However i prefer yours much more due to the increased functionality |
I need help with packages |
And I also need someone to test this |
I can do both. But you are referring to gentoo packages right? Do you know if there is a roundness variable in the config? |
? |
I am not sure what your question is regarding my last question. But I my question is regarding all the round elements in your config. Is there like common variable in your config that defines the roundness of those elements? Like aylur's dotfiles has a variable where you can set how round elements in his config are. FYI I haven't looked at your config. Gentoo installation is giving me a hard time with its full disk encryption. If I get a chance to look at your config on github I will let you know more specifically what I am asking. EDIT: By roundness, I meant the radius of those elements. Sorry for the confusion |
I would also want to see gentoo support added in the future and I am willing to do any testing required. I'm pretty sure I installed all the dependencies that are required by looking at the install script to see what it installs, but copying the configs to their respective directories and even creating a ~/dotfiles/ directory and symlinking it to ~/.config like in the installation script but when running ags nothing happens and I don't even get any errors. |
