Take a photograph

As a user I want to take a photograph so that I can store an image for future use

Acceptance Criteria

• When the user launches the camera app and the viewfinder is displayed, is a semi-transparent overlay toolbar displayed with a capture button?
• When the user presses the image capture button, is the captured image displayed full screen with no other UI elements for a couple of seconds before returning to the capture view?
• Is the captured image stored in non-volatile memory for future retrieval?
